During this session, we will use instruments such as Tibetan bells, gongs, handpans and other sound elements to create an environment of deep relaxation. Sound has the ability to harmonise mind and body, reducing anxiety, tension and mental fatigue.

I will guide you on a sound journey that will allow you to disconnect from everyday pressures and regain calm and inner peace.

Through this Sound Healing experience, you will feel a sense of balance and serenity that will improve the quality of your sleep and increase your resilience to digital stress.
