Meeting at the square of the Albergo Diffuso in Sauris di Sopra

Hi, I’m Franco, and I propose a summer excursion to discover the beauty of the Sauris mountains in all their splendor. Imagine walking through meadows dotted with the bright colors of lilies in bloom and verdant woods, immersed in the intense scents of summer. We will climb to Mount Morgenleit, an authentic panoramic balcony overlooking the valley, offering a 360-degree view, from the Julian Alps to the Dolomites.

Here we will take the time to admire the landscape, listen to the deep silence of the mountain and breathe the fresh and pure air of the high altitude. We will learn to recognize the species of summer alpine flowers, discovering their characteristics and the role they play in the ecosystem. An experience designed for those who want to get in tune with nature, be enchanted by the alpine landscapes and discover the secrets of mountain blooms in summer. An excursion that will leave a vivid memory in your heart and the desire to return to these peaks every summer.

To bring: equipment for a half-day mountain excursion (windbreaker, mountain shoes with non-slip soles, backpack), water bottle, snacks. Binoculars and camera recommended.

The excursion will be cancelled in case of bad weather, taking as a reference the forecasts of www.meteo.fvg.it
