Hello! Today I invite you to discover the green soul of Sauris a place where nature is a true artist, painting meadows with astonishing botanical diversity.
Here, medicinal plants grow spontaneously, making the landscape a unique living mosaic.
At our farm, Pa Mairlan, we cultivate these precious herbs with passion and deep respect for the environment that surrounds us.

I will guide you on a walk through our herb garden and the surrounding meadows, sharing the secrets of the plants we encounter: their names, their many uses, and the strong connection they have with this land and our community.
Together, well collect fragrant leaves and delicate flowers that will become the stars of your own personal herbarium.
Ill walk you through each step in creating this little botanical treasure, enriching each plant sample with the knowledge gained during our exploration.

For those who wish to take home a special souvenir, youll have the chance to purchase a handcrafted botanical press, lovingly made by skilled woodworkers from our village. Otherwise, an old book will do just fine to preserve your precious finds.
This activity is designed for families with curious children aged 7 and up, as well as anyone who wants to get closer to the wonderful world of botany.

Our goal is to spend a carefree afternoon together breathing in the fresh air, surrounded by lush green, immersed in the scents and aromas that awaken the senses, and building a deeper friendship with the incredible world of plants.
To finish off our nature immersion with a sweet touch, well enjoy a fragrant herbal tea prepared with flowers and aromatic herbs from our garden!
