Hi, I’m Anna, and I propose a journey into the heart of the Sauris forest, a Forest Bathing experience that will awaken your senses and connect you deeply with nature. Imagine walking slowly, letting the scents, sounds and sensations of the forest envelop you. Together, we will explore the paths, listening to birdsong, feeling the texture of the earth beneath our feet, and letting nature guide us to a state of calm and awareness. After this sensory immersion, we will stop at the Naturpreiths’ farm, where David and Fulvio will reveal the secrets of herbs and herbal teas, an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of nature and to take home a little piece of Sauris. An experience that nourishes body and soul, an opportunity to regain balance and connection with ourselves and nature.

Important:
To bring: a yoga mat or a towel/towel, to lie on the ground, clothing suitable for the seasonal climate, a light jacket, because we will also be standing still, water. We recommend walking shoes with a good grip.
