Hi, I’m Anna, and I invite you on a journey into the woods under the evening sky, a Forest Bathing experience that lights up with magic as night falls. Imagine walking slowly, illuminated by the soft glow of your headlamps, as darkness envelops the trees and the forest reveals its most intimate face. Your eyes lift to the star-studded sky, your ears listen to the calls of the night, your hands feel the freshness of the autumn air that envelops every breath. Together, we will explore the paths guided by the discreet light of our lamps and the deepening silence. An hour of pure immersion in the stillness of the night, an invitation to rediscover calm and balance, allowing ourselves to be enveloped by the secret voice of nature beneath the starry sky.

Important:
What to bring: a yoga mat or a towel to lie on, clothing suitable for the seasonal weather, a light jacket (since we will be stationary), and water. We recommend wearing hiking shoes with good grip.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
The excursion will be canceled in case of bad weather, based on the forecasts on www.meteo.fvg.it.
