Hi, I’m Franco, and I’m proposing an excursion that will take you to discover the beauty and authentic flavors of Sauris. We will start from the Eimblateribn refuge, climbing towards the top of Rinderperck, a panoramic point that offers breathtaking views of the valley. From here, we will continue towards Malga Pieltinis, a place where time seems to have stopped. In the casera, we will have the opportunity to taste the cheese produced by the herdsmen, a sensory experience that will allow us to savor the scents and flavors of the mountain. We will also have the opportunity to chat with the herdsmen, to learn about their rhythms of life, their traditions, their passion for this place. The return will take place along a panoramic road, which opens onto the valley, giving us unforgettable views. An excursion for those who want to experience the mountains in an authentic way, for those who want to discover the secrets of the mountain pastures, for those who want to savor the flavors and aromas of Sauris.
