Hi, I’m Anna, and I propose a journey into the woods, a Forest Bathing experience that goes beyond a simple walk. Imagine walking slowly, letting your senses awaken to the rhythm of nature. Your eyes that get lost among the shades of green, your ears that listen to the birds singing, your hands that feel the consistency of the earth. Together, we will explore the woods, letting ourselves be guided by its sensations, its scents, its sounds. An hour of pure immersion, an opportunity to find inner calm, to free ourselves from the stress and frenzy of everyday life. An experience reserved for those who want to listen, without haste, to the deep voice of nature.

Important:
To bring: a yoga mat or a sheet/towel, to lie down on the ground, clothing suitable for the seasonal climate, a light jacket, because we will also be standing still, water. We recommend wearing trekking shoes, with a good grip
