In the early 1900s, the learned Sauris writer Fulgenzio Schneider wrote: “There will no longer be a man bent over the loom weaving cloth. Tradition dictates that men were the ones who dedicated themselves to the work of weaving, while women cultivated, carded, and spun the raw materials: hemp, wool, and linen. Come and discover how, contrary to Fulgenzio’s prediction, loom work continues in Sauris. With this experience, you will immerse yourself in the world of yarns and the interweaving of warp and weft. The ticket entitles you to a 10% discount on any purchases in my weaving shop.
