Hi, I’m Anna, a Forest Bathing guide, and I invite you to experience a different kind of Valentine’s Day: a love encounter immersed in nature.
Among the trees of the forest, where silence welcomes and the earth breathes slowly, we will discover that love is, first and foremost, connection: with ourselves, with those around us, and with the life around us.

We will walk together in the breath of the forest, letting ourselves be guided by our senses and presence, to rediscover the sweetness of simple gestures and the harmony of shared time.

Amid the scent of wood and the song of the wind, we will find a new way to say I love you: listening, breathing, feeling.
A Valentine’s Day of quiet and authenticity, where the heart opens and nature becomes our most sincere accomplice.

Meeting point: 15 minutes before departure
