Hi, I’m Anna, and I propose an immersion in the Sauris dawn, an experience that goes beyond a simple walk. Imagine the quiet of the morning, the fresh air that caresses the skin, and us, together, that let ourselves be guided by the sounds and scents of the forest. Not only will we listen, but we will feel with every fiber of our being, thanks to Plantsplay, the secret music of the trees and flowers. An hour of inner silence, a dialogue with nature that speaks to the heart, an opportunity to find balance and connection with ourselves. An experience reserved for those who want to listen, without haste, to the deep voice of nature.

Important:
To bring: a yoga mat or a sheet/towel, to lie down on the ground, clothing suitable for the seasonal climate, a light jacket, because we will also be standing still, water. We recommend wearing trekking shoes, with a good grip
