Hi, I’m Anna, a Forest Bathing guide, and I invite you to celebrate National Wildlife Day with me in the heart of the Sauris woods.
March 1st marks the awakening of hidden life: the snow retreats, the silence thaws, and nature begins to breathe more strongly. It’s the perfect time to listen to the wild voice of the forest, the one that reminds us who we truly are.
We will walk slowly among trees and moss, letting ourselves be guided by our senses and presence, to connect with the authentic and free energy that animates every form of life.

In this encounter with wild nature, we will learn to recognize the strength that comes from respect, listening, and belonging.
An experience to rediscover our truest selves, the one that, like the forest, never ceases to be reborn.

– A blanket/jacket to sit on in the woods

Meeting point: 15 minutes before departure
In case of snow: the route may be modified by the guide to ensure safety
In case of bad weather: the excursion will be canceled (for the forecast: www.meteo.fvg.it)
