Hi, I’m Anna, a Forest Bathing guide, and I invite you to celebrate World Forest Day with me in the woods of Sauris.
March 21st marks the beginning of spring: the woods awaken, buds open, and life pulsates once again among the trees.
We will walk slowly among trunks, leaves, and roots, letting ourselves be guided by our senses and the silent rhythm of the forest.

On this journey into the heart of the forest, we will discover how every tree holds energy, harmony, and well-being, teaching us the beauty of connecting with nature.
An experience to breathe, listen, and be reborn with the forest, celebrating the life that unites us with every leaf and every branch.

– Clothing suitable for the season

– Mid- or high-heeled boots/shoes
– Water and/or a hot drink

– A blanket/jacket to sit on in the woods

Organization:
Meeting: 15 minutes before departure
In case of snow: the guide may modify the route to ensure safety
In case of bad weather: the excursion will be canceled (for the forecast: www.meteo.fvg.it)
