A day where guided sensory practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and conscious sauna sessions intertwine with Forest Bathing, both inside and outside the wellness center.
This is a sanctuary for self-care, surrounded by the wild nature of Sauris and embraced by the welcoming spaces of the GRIEN SPA. You will be guided by a Nature Transformation Guide who will support you through every step, helping you transform shadows into light.

PROGRAM
9:45 AM: Meet at the GRIEN SPA Parking Lot (Sauris di Sopra). Optional warm coffee at the Centro Bar & Restaurant.
Short walk on the Bioenergetic path. Sensory awakening practices.
11:00 AM: Entry to the Spa. Opening meditation.
Foundational Breathwork: Diaphragmatic, full, and extended exhalation.
First Sauna Cycle: Awakening the Seed.
Relaxation and introspection.
12:30 PM: Light lunch.
2:00 PM: Afternoon session begins. Journaling and awareness practices.
Turkish Bath Cycle: Rooting the Seed in the Earths Darkness.
Relaxation and introspection.
Advanced Breathwork: Energizing techniques.
4:00 PM: Second Sauna Cycle: From Seed to Sprout.
Relaxation and introspection.
5:00 PM: Final sharing, integration practice, and closing circle.
6:00 PM: End of activities (Optional: local appetizer & beer €16).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
REQUIRED CLOTHING:
Comfortable clothes suitable for sitting on the floor (indoor) and for spending time outdoors.
OTHER MATERIALS:
A mat for sitting on the ground.
WELLNESS CENTER ESSENTIALS:
Cotton towel, bathrobe, and flip-flops.
Swimsuit (Required only for independent use of the pool area).
Note: Swimsuits are NOT permitted inside the saunas.
Equipment can be rented at the Wellness Center if needed.
