Hi, I’m Anna, and I invite you to celebrate National Arbor Day with a forest bathing experience in the woods of Sauris.
November is the time when nature slows down, the leaves fall to the ground like the pages of a gently closing book, and the air smells of wood and silence.

In this moment of transition, we will walk among the trees to listen to what we often forget: the slow rhythm of the forest, its wisdom, its ability to regenerate.
Guided by the breath of the forest, we will reconnect with ourselves and with the life that continues to flow, silent yet powerful, beneath the surface.
An experience of listening, presence, and gratitude, to honor the trees that have always accompanied us.

– Clothing suitable for the season
– Gloves and hat
– Mid- or high-heeled boots/shoes
– Water and/or a hot drink
– Snacks
– A blanket/jacket to sit on in the woods

Meeting point: 15 minutes before departure
In case of snow: the route may be modified by the guide to ensure safety
In case of bad weather: the excursion will be canceled (for the forecast: www.meteo.fvg.it)
