Hi, I’m Anna, a Forest Bathing guide, and I invite you to enjoy a regenerating experience in the bioenergetic forest of Sauris.
At the end of November, when the forest falls silent and the air smells of resin and damp earth, we’ll discover together how health can truly be born from the trees.
We’ll walk slowly among trunks and roots, letting ourselves be guided by the vital energy that each plant emanates. In this special place, nature becomes a teacher of balance and well-being: every breath, every step, every glance becomes healing.

Through simple practices of listening and presence, we’ll learn to perceive the invisible strength of the forest and let it work within us, restoring harmony and serenity.
An invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover, in the heart of autumn fading into winter, that true health is a silent dialogue with nature.
