Hello! I’m Anna, a Forest Bathing practitioner, and I invite you to a fully immersive experience in the heart of the forest.
We’ll start from the Frumeibn saddle, in the hamlet of Lateis, where we’ll experience the first phase of Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing, together.
When the forest slows and becomes silent, every step becomes a listening experience and every breath an encounter with the life that flows beneath the bark and between the roots.

I will guide you in awakening your senses, to deeply connect with nature even in its quiet time.
For an hour, we’ll let the rhythm of the forest accompany us, rediscovering presence, balance, and inner well-being, one breath at a time.

– A blanket/jacket to sit on in the woods

Meeting point: 15 minutes before departure
