The weekend ticket includes entry to both days of the festival, small tastings of local produce and participation in all the workshops, cookery demonstrations and sessions scheduled for Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October. Two days of multi-sensory discovery in Sauris, featuring local producers, music and the expert guidance of Massimiliano Zampini, for a comprehensive journey through the flavours and sensations of the region.
