The experiential dinner that brings Gebeles multisensory journey to a close: a unique moment when all the senses come together at the table.
The menus will be available shortly: choose between vegetarian and traditional (with meat), and whether youd like wine with your dinner.

The narrative and emotional culmination of Gebele 2026.
Each course becomes a holistic experience, where flavour intertwines with sounds and music, aromas, textures and visual elements designed to complement the story unfolding at the table.
Curated under the scientific direction of Massimiliano Zampini, the dinner brings together in a single moment all the senses engaged during the festival sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste to round off Saturdays proceedings with a memorable experience.
