you must be agile enough to mount a horse
the equestrian activity is not suitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery
comfortable but rather resistant clothing is recommended: long trousers or jeans, low boots, sneakers or non-bulky trekking shoes, NO shorts, bring a bottle of water.
