Hi, I’m Renzo, and I’ll take you through the streets of the village of Sauris di Sopra, where I’ll explain which buildings, once used as stables and barns, were constructed using the Blockbau technique. Starting in the 1980s, as part of the Sauris Project, some of these historic buildings were expertly restored while maintaining their original featuresand I was one of the architects involved. In 2022, the authenticity of the village of Sauris was recognized and awarded by the UNWTO as part of the Best Tourism Villages initiative.
