We are the Domini family. Our story of fields, nursery and jam jars began in the 1990s, in Lateis, a hamlet of Sauris. Up here, at around 1300 metres, we grow vegetables and berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants.

We follow every plant from the nursery to the transplant. It takes patience, and a fair bit of backache. But when harvest time comes, the scent makes up for everything.

Then we move to the laboratory, where fruit and vegetables become jams, preserves, juices and syrups. On the very same day theyre picked, if need be: a strawberry shouldnt be kept waiting.

You can buy straight from the producer: fresh organic strawberries in season, and everything else we make from them.
